Can I put something different on the back? No, the back must be the same as our POLLAST!C mailers - this simplifies production and allows us to produce smaller runs.

Can I have a different colour/size? At this stage, we have to keep things as simple as possible and this means limiting colours and sizes to 3 (that we already make in our own BPCo range.

Can I print multiple colours? We have to stick to the colour combinations in our own BPCo range i.e. black printing on the lighter colour (blush and sand) bags, white printing on the black bags.

Will any adjustments be made to my artwork? Artwork submitted is received as final proof. Please ensure your happy with your brand image quality and product placement.
- Will the bag colour match what I see on screen? Bag colour may vary from what you see on your screen due to differences across screens and browsers. We've done our best to display a true likeness.
- Can I have a pre-production sample? As your order is being printed alongside others in a single production run, we cannot supply pre-production samples. Ordering one of our sample packs will provide examples of print quality.
